Non-resident individuals – remote identification
To get the digital signature (DS) keys remotely, you need to:
- have a valid national ID card (an ID document with a photo issued in the Republic of Kazakhstan);
- have a phone with the capability to receive SMS;
- your personal computer should have a webcam (or use your phone with a camera);
- install the NCALayer software required for further installation and use of digital signature.
